What a transformation!!

On Saturday, we saw Neema, the woman in our video whose life was full of pain and domestic violence.

We could hardly recognise her. She was no longer the broken woman without hope but now has a house she is living in, her children go to school, she has a small business and she knows her rights.

You can see the difference that safety, kindness and being educated about your rights can make.

We are so proud of Neema and for the IYR Legal Advisors that lifted her up and provided her with the resources she needed to stand on her own 2 feet.

She is now a community legal advisor for other women who face domestic violence.
